Access problems with a DaleWin account almost always come from three things: an old password saved in the browser, blocked cookies or an email address copied with an extra character. On top of that, the session closes on its own after a while of inactivity, which confuses many people. Before writing to support, rule out all four.
Access problems: what to check first
Four checks solve most cases and take less than two minutes:
- the email, letter by letter, with no spaces stuck at the end;
- the password typed by hand, without letting the browser fill it in;
- the site cookies, which some blockers cut by default;
- another browser or a private window, to rule out the cache.
The second one is the most common. After a password change, the browser keeps offering the old one for weeks.
Recovering the password
The recovery link goes to the registration email and expires within a few hours. So it is worth opening it right away.
If it does not show up, I check the spam folder before requesting another. Each new request cancels the previous one, so asking for three in a row only makes things worse.
Why the session closes on its own
It is protection against inactivity, not a bug. It stops someone else from getting into the account through an open window.
The logout deletes nothing and does not touch the balance. It does make you sign in again, which takes two seconds with the system password manager.
When to write to support
If all four checks fail, the chat looks into it on the spot. Keep your registration email and the time of your last attempt at hand.
